BAKED.

This cake was a very special one. I had the honor to create it for a good friend’s Dad who turned 80. These storybook cakes are so fun to create as they highlight significant moments throughout someone’s life or favorite things with each panel. Ron, aka Hoppa, is one of the sweetest people I’ve met. He grew up and lived in Granite Falls his whole life and is such a big part of his community. I have made a few cakes for him over the years, and this one was so special to create for him.
