Local Director Shaun Scott Offers an Historic View from the Seat of the Seattle Empire | City Arts. It's Saturday night in the U district, and I stake out a spot at Flowers restaurant 10 minutes early for my interview with Shaun Scott. Eight of those minutes go by before I realize that he's the guy sitting just 12 feet to my right at an adjoining table.
