An impromptu NA Spirit tasting lead by at cardoon in Ballard yesterday and previous encouragement from got me to pick up some new delicious drinks. I've been enjoying a journey on finding yummy things to take the place of my favorite drinks, and one thing I've missed is bitterness. Fortunately this combination absolutely slaps!
