Hassan Nurie is the founder and principal of a real estate investment company that owns and manages residential and commercial properties in the St. Louis, MO metro market. With over 15 years as an operator, he has helped local, national, and international professionals and business owner clients build wealth with real estate through passive property Investments. Hassan got his start with wholesaling and flipping residential properties then started to build his own real estate portfolio which led to his formation of a full-service property management firm to oversee his clients and his personal portfolio of properties.

He presently resides in Tampa, FL and focuses on the acquisition, management, and sales of value-add commercial real estate projects in multiple markets. As a growth-oriented family man, he enjoys forming strategic connections, creative deal structuring, partnerships, working with private investors and helping others unlock the power of wealth creation through real estate.
