Pincha Mayur Asana (forearm stand)!

Asana explanation: It’s an inversion just like (sirsasana) but more advanced; in headstand you balance on your head and forearms, whereas in you balance only on your forearms and hands while the head is lifted off the mat.

The beauty of the more advanced and challenging asanas is that they make you focus all the more harder, thus making you more aware and tuned into the moment.
