Remember the ladies…. Well they didn’t!

Abigail Adams urged her husband John in a March 31, 1776 letter to "Remember the Ladies" and include women's rights in the new nation's laws, famously writing, "If particular care and attention is not paid to the Ladies, we are determined to foment a rebellion."

- We have been waiting far too long for Equal Rights in the USA. Without the Equal Rights Amendment, we are still "second class citizens" under the law. Sign the petition and demand congress take action.

We have all seen it. We are all feeling it. Rollbacks. Laws, local and federal, can be amended or repealed by a simple majority vote, gutted by executive order, defunded by a budget resolution or weakened by judicial interpretation.

The Constitution cannot.

The ERA would place s*x equality beyond the reach of any single Congress, any single administration, or any single court ruling.
