Dinner is ready!
This is a blood sugar friendly plate.
Muchrooms, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and avocado help slow your glucose absorption, which leads to better insulin sensitivity.
As for the eggs, they have no impact to your blood sugar as they have no carb.
Ham on the other hand do have a minimal amount of carb, but it is protein dominant. Just make sure to watch your sodium overtime.
