Oscar has been part of SHPE since college, and now he’s leading our familia here in Puget Sound. We can’t wait to see the energy, passion, and vision he brings to our chapter this year! 💪🏽🌟

✨ What an incredible experience at the National Institute for Leadership Advancement (NILA) in Chicago! ✨

We had the amazing opportunity to connect with SHPE leaders from across the nation, strengthen our leadership skills, and learn strategies to make our chapter thrive. NILA is all about empowering leaders to inspire change, advocate for their communities, and build strong, lasting impact.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a trip to Chicago without enjoying some deep-dish pizza with fellow SHPE familia 🍕💛
