Slow Cooker Loaded Cheesy Bacon Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 lbs baby potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked bacon bits
1 cup sour cream
½ cup chopped green onions
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
Quick Steps:
Wash baby potatoes and add to slow cooker.
Season and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
Stir in shredded cheddar, bacon bits, and sour cream until creamy.
Top with extra bacon, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream.
Serves: 6–8 as a side dish

Crock Pot Beef Stew (Dump & Go” Thick + Cozy)
Ingredients
2 lbs stew beef (chuck roast chunks work best)
4 cups potatoes, chopped
3 cups carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups beef broth
2 tbsp tomato paste (or ½ cup ketchup)
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt + ½ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
Directions
Add beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic to the crock pot.
Pour in beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire, and seasonings. Stir.
Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or HIGH 4–5 hours until beef is tender.
Mix cornstarch + water, stir into stew, cover 15 minutes until thick.
Serve hot with bread or biscuits 😍

Pepperoni pizza sliders
Slider buns
Pizza sauce
Pepperoni
Shredded mozzarella
Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning
Unsalted butter
Garlic powder
Heat oven to 375. Line baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Evenly assemble sliders. Melt butter and garlic powder. Spoon over the tops of rolls.
Cover with foil and bake about 12-15 minutes or until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with more Parm if wanted.

Made this Italian Stromboli for dinner and the family went crazy for it! 🍕
It’s basically a giant pizza roll packed with meat and melty cheese. Super easy to throw together and way better than ordering out.
Ingredients:
* 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
* 8 slices deli ham
* 10 slices Genoa salami
* 12 slices sandwich pepperoni
* 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
* 2 tbsp butter, melted
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tsp parsley
* 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
How to make it:
Preheat your oven to 375°F and roll the dough out flat on a baking sheet.
Layer the cheese and meats, then roll it up tight and pinch the seams shut.
Cut a few slits on top and brush on half of your garlic butter and parm mix.
Bake for about 25 minutes until the crust is nice and golden.
Brush the rest of the garlic butter on while it’s still hot from the oven.
Let it rest for a few minutes before you slice it up.
