Position: Entry Level - Custom Cabinet Assembly
Location: Monroe, WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hrs shifts)
Work hours: Day Shift - 5:00am to 2:00pm
Night Shift - 9:00pm to 5:30am (Shift Differential available)
Pay: $17.60 (shift differential TBD)

About the company:
This is a full-service home improvement manufacturing company focused on sustainable manufacturing with opportunities throughout the company.

Departments:
Finish, Mill, Assembly, Packaging, Warehouse, and Shipping

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Learn different aspects to the finishing process, including inventory, line loading, wood/finish repair, and specialty finish processes
• Perform work in high production assembly line facility
• Operate woodworking machines, including saws and sanding machines
• Use hand tools to build, trim pieces or assemble products
• Sand products using a belt or orbital sanders
• Wrap and package materials Requirements
• Reliable, with the ability to be at work on time
• Positive attitude team player
• Hardworking, with a drive to learn
• Able to stand for the duration of shift
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at various times, as needed
• Able to use hand tools and have a mechanical aptitude

This is a temp-to-hire position with PTO accruing from your first day!

When brought on permanently they provide benefits on the 1st of the following month, up to 3 days of PTO and continual accrual of PTO, 8 paid holidays, a 90-day performance review with room for advancement. You will also be a part of team activity planning during the temporary period. And it’s a reverse commute for most!
