I am excited to invite you to my upcoming ‘TUNE INTO SPRING: Planting the Seeds of Growth’ event on Friday, March 22, 2024 between 7:00- 9:00 PM PST.
As we transition from the depths of winter to the promise of spring, let us embark on a journey of renewal together.
Experience awakening & grounding movement, restorative yoga, various mindfulness practices and more. This event offers a space for reflection, inviting you to plant and nurture the seeds of your aspirations as they blossom into growth.
And the event features a soothing sound bath led by and ambient live music provided by Cihan Komar. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to immerse yourself in delightful sounds!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Mindfulness Practices: Explore journaling, meditation, and planting seeds for growth through reflection and beyond.
• Awakening & Grounding Movement: Immerse yourself in mindful movements, including yoga shapes, somatic experiencing, designed to awaken your body and spirit, while also grounding yourself and finding inner balance during this transformative season.
• Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath: Experience the soothing embrace of unwinding as we combine the gentle, prop-assisted poses of restorative yoga with the celestial sounds of crystal bowls and chimes in a transformative sound bath.

I’m excited to invite you to “Envision and Rejuvenate” my upcoming event on next Friday January 19th, 2024 celebrating new beginnings this month. 
Come be part of this event which is designed as a space to unwind and prepare for a path forward. Discover the vitality of envisioning and rejuvenating—a unique journey toward fresh, inspiring experiences as we collectively create a vision for this year.
In this event, we have combined an extended restorative yoga with a soothing sound bath, led by our special guest , to create a unique and enriching immersion.
