What a year it has been.

We have made the decision to close temporarily so that we may reopen at full capacity when the time is right.

Our journey of opening Aviv Shawarma Bar began months before anyone had heard of covid. Opening mid-pandemic threw a wrench in our gears to say the least and the past four months we have done everything in our power to keep this dream alive despite all we have faced.

In the meantime, we are focusing all of our efforts on opening Aviv Hummus Bar, our original location in Capitol Hill, for dine-in.

Come and see us over at 107 15th Avenue East for falafel, hummus, sabich, not to mention wine, beer, cocktails and more!
