UW Timeless Taiwan

2023 UW Timeless Taiwan🇹🇼: “Next Stop, Ximen” presented by the Taiwanese Overseas Student Association needs your help! UW Timeless Taiwan hit a record number 2000+ attendees last time, and in order for a large-scale event like this to be successful, we need as many hands as we can get! Volunteer for UW Timeless Taiwan!

!!!HOW TO VOLUNTEER!!!

1) Fill out and submit this sign-up form: https://forms.gle/s1FacG2txPZiqs9R7 by January 27th 11:59PM. Check out the description for each volunteer role below!

2) Show up at our volunteer orientation on Thursday, February 2nd at 5:00 pm at a location TBD. We will send out emails for confirmation and details about the orientation. We will begin checking in at 4:30 pm and the official starting time will be 5:00 pm. If you are unable to attend our volunteer orientation, please contact us in advance.

🎁 Volunteers will:
- receive $10 worth of vouchers!
- be an active part of an exciting large-scale event!
- get to meet awesome people just like you and make new friends!
Shift sign-ups will be held at the volunteer orientation.

3) Volunteer Roles:

Food: Responsible for transporting food from the kitchen to the venue and/or serving food at various food booths. Food permits will be required (and reimbursed by TOSA).

Activity: Responsible for making sure everything is in order at various game/activity booths.

2023 TOSA舉辦的UW Timeless Taiwan🇹🇼： “食光特快車：西門站” 活動即將到來，為了讓活動當天更完善圓滿，我們需要你的幫助！Timeless Taiwan去年的來賓高達2000+，如此大規模的活動，需要的不只是TOSA officer的努力，也需要更多志工的幫忙。

⚠️欲擔任志工的人，請完成以下兩個步驟：

1. 於1/27星期五晚上11點59分前填好以下報名表單： https://forms.gle/s1FacG2txPZiqs9R7

2. 出席參與2/2 星期四 晚上5點 (地點待定)的活動志工說明會，我們後續將會寄出email說明關於志工說明會的詳細資訊。我們將於4:30開始check in，5:00正式開始說明會，如果無法出席志工說明會，請聯繫 Charlotte Liu ([email protected])

志工將於2/2的活動志工說明會時選擇服務時段。

志工工作內容：

食物：負責食物搬運，食物攤位上相關的服務
凡負責食物的志工都必須申請食品許可證（向TOSA報銷）

活動（遊戲）：負責處理活動與遊戲的環節以及秩序

TOSA is back again with our BIGGEST annual event -- TIMELESS TAIWAN! We welcome you to join us for an authentic Taiwanese experience as we take you down memory lane to one of the most popular places in Taiwan during the 80s: Ximending.
