For me, sound and energy work isn’t just something I do, it’s something I’ve lived inside of for most of my life.
I began receiving this work as a teenager, long before I ever became a practitioner. Five years into offering it professionally, I’m still deepening in my own practice.
When you step into a session with me, it’s not about chasing answers or performing your healing.
It’s about slowing down enough to feel what’s already moving within you, to reconnect with yourself in a way that words often can’t reach.

Proof that great skin has no age limit.
