Up Records

Up Records was a Seattle based independent record labelfounded in 1994 by Chris Takino and Rich Jensen. Some of the label's best known artists were 764-Hero, Built to Spill, Modest Mouse, Quasi and Tad. The label is owned and managed by his companion, Pete Ritchey. The last update to the Up Records website was in 2007. The Up Records back catalog is distributed by Sub Pop Records, Seattle, WA.
