We are looking for a Director of School Programs who will lead and support schools in serving students furthest from educational justice, including those with disabilities and multilingual learners. The Director will provide direct support to schools, coach and supervise our school programs team, and collaborate with the Executive Director to maximize TMC’s impact and expand its reach across Washington.

The 2025 RREI Summit is just three days away!

True Measure Collaborative is proud to co-host this statewide event, bringing together educators, leaders, and advocates to build safer, more connected classrooms that foster belonging for every learner.

Our programs team will lead a workshop titled “The Proactive Shift: Supporting All Learners Through Skill-Building.” This session will guide participants in moving from reactive behavior support toward proactive, strengths-based practices.

By 2030, TMC aims to reach:
1,500 educators
10,000 students

As TMC works to meet statewide demand, we’re scaling our Virtual Community of Practice to connect more rural and geographically isolated educators with the coaching, collaboration, and peer learning they need.

Next year, this network will grow to over 50 special education teachers, expanding role-alike coaching and structured peer support. With your support, we’ll build a statewide network where no educator works alone, and no student is left out.
