Has anyone been on the Habitat for Humanity website or checked into low income home buying programs lately?? Because I have, and even those programs are recommending people join a co-op(community owned building). Is this the place the economy is at? I fully support the idea of communal living when that living lowers the overhead costs for the inhabitants. But does this make it more affordable?
