Just a reminder that life is wild, beautiful, and utterly unpredictable! If you would have told me in my 20’s that I’d be a holistic life coach who grows and dries her own beans, I’d have laughed pretty hard. 🫛😆

The brain is predictive and suffers from negativity bias, which is meant to keep us safe but sometimes keeps us stuck. When we truly come into the present and notice the utter beauty of life, we can override that process and tap into the amazing creative flow of life. It can feel hard, but it can be as easy as stopping to breathe.

When we feel the call of growth or greater authenticity, it can be easy to get bogged down in what we should “do” differently.

I invite you to instead be still and meditate on who you want to “be.” Are you showing up authentically? Are you living in line with your core values? This is the real work of being human. Everything else is just chores.
