"SCCA is committed to Indigenous health. It established the həliʔil (become well/heal) Program in 2019. The program focuses on:

• Promoting commercial to***co cessation in tribal nations*

• Identifying barriers to lung cancer screening in Indigenous populations

• Reaching out to tribal nations and Indigenous groups in our region to promote lung cancer screening

“Pathways”

Our design shows the red road splitting off into two paths: one of tradition and healthy to***co use, and one of unhealthy recreational to***co use. On the traditional path, there is a peace pipe, and the surrounding area is green and full of life. On the bad path, there is a carton of ci******es and everything is dried up and dead. In the center, there is a to***co plant.
