Pavlova on the Patio! Created for the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova (tho a debate exists if it was the Austrians or New Zealanders who did it first) in the early 20th century. Our version features a local strawberry semifreddo, sesame meringue and basil mousse. It's basically summer on a plate!
