KV Construction worked with a builder on this Haller Lake Seattle new construction apartment project with two buildings on one lot. The larger structure included 51 windows, 2 sliding doors, 1x6 TK cedar entryway soffit, smooth vented HardieSoffit with aluminum H-channel seams, HydroGap drainable paper, HydroGap tape around windows, smooth HardiePanels, smooth Hardie window and door trim, metal H-channel outside corners, W metal inside corners, Z flashing, Quad Max caulking, and face-nail punch work.

The smaller structure followed the same exterior system with 18 windows and 1 sliding door. For builders, property owners, and investors, this project shows KV Construction’s ability to coordinate a full multifamily siding and window package with consistent weatherproofing details across multiple buildings.
