The film "Basa Rising" by NZ filmmaker Ben Wallbank shows the unique culture, resilience, and hopes for the future of the children in Basa Village Nepal. Villagers also describe the 3-way partnership that has developed with the US and Nepal Basa Village Foundations and the local people.
