This is a photo of WW2 US Army veteran William Pool who is the last living Real Son of a Union Civil War Veteran on his 100th Birthday, January 13, 2025 in Bolivar Missouri. He was honored by Department of Missouri - Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War Commander Bob AuBuchon, who presented Mr Pool with a certificate of Membership in the Department of Missouri and a SUVCW Membership Medal. Mr. Pool's daughter Carolyn George pinned the Medal on her father.
