I recently passed the FAA, Part 107, Written Test for Pilots required of all commercial drone pilots. This is the second time I have passed this exam and I do believe it was much harder this time than it was the last time. At any rate, I’m good to fly for two more years.

Good news! Drone pilots can often get clearance to enter controlled airspace in real time. The days of waiting 3 months for the FAA to approve a waiver are over for most projects. Much of Seattle is in controlled airspace. This is a real game changer. If you need drone photos, don’t hesitate to call.
