Hutson Pups

On June 22, 2022 we said goodbye to my original life partner, Maddy the cow dog, the original Hutson Pup. My heart broke in a way that I didn’t know was possible. Maddy lived 15 wonderful years. I had her from the time she was 9 months old. That’s a wonderful long run together but somehow it still felt like not enough with my therapy dog.
Maddy helped me get through some of the toughest times of my life. Mental health is no joke and man did that dog step up to the plate to help with mine. I’ll miss my favorite running partner, road trip partner, beach buddy, snuggler, her soft ears, and constant protective presence in my life.
I miss Mads everyday but i do truly believe that all dogs go to heaven. Thank you for being my everything baby girl!

On Saturday I married my person. I cried. I danced. It was perfect. Thank you to all who helped make our day so amazing!
