Maya Jones, graphic design major, made break-through observations when researching George Boorujy’s Chatham Bend on display at the AMFA, and her paper was accepted and published through Number:Inc journal.

In the paper, Maya linked the subject (panthers and dead flamingos) to a dark Florida legend, opening up further reflections on how outsiders are preceived. Her paper will be added to the files of the AMFA and is the first writing about this piece in their collection.
