Bravo Company, RWBN’s 8th Annual Military Ball was a truly memorable evening that reflected the very best of our program.

While the Cadets at Harding enjoy hard work and challenging training. Nights like this remind us that those challenges are balanced with strong camaraderie, meaningful traditions, and unforgettable experiences.

We are sincerely grateful to everyone who joined us. Our dedicated cadets, proud alumni, and distinguished guests. A special thank you to the faculty and staff of Harding University for your continued support and presence, which plays a vital role in our success.

We would also like to extend our appreciation to our guest speaker, 2-153 IN’s very own Commander: LTC James Lehner, for your impactful words and leadership that continue to inspire these Cadets in our program.

Events like this reinforce the bonds we build, the standards we uphold, espirit de corps and the pride we carry as members of Bravo Company RWBN.

💥Movement to Contact💥

Harding ROTC conducted a Movement to Contact this week. And it was exactly what training is supposed to be.

Nothing scripted. Nothing handed to us.

The Cadets hit adversity and friction early. But it doesn’t matter, they said “Good.” Cadet leaders put their heads down and went to work.

Adapting, not freezing under pressure. That is what matters. Leaders worked at every level.

But here’s what matters:

The Cadets are turning into professionals with the right amount of Disciplined initiative before we are midway through the semester. They are learning their lessons and not forgetting them. They apply and adapt to the next training event.

Professional.
Tactical.
Leaders.

If you want calm and comfortable, look somewhere else.

If you want to be transformed , Harding Army ROTC is where you start.
