Dul$et Records LLC

I will make clear the rules and regulations for Dul$et Records LLC. They are as follows:
1. NO PARAPHERNALIA WILL BE ALLOWED.
2. NO WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED.
3. Respect the workplace. If a mess is made, please clean it up. We are grown-ups.
4. The session does not start when you arrive. If you are late, you are late. The time starts at the time booked.
5. Sexual references, gang affiliation, or violent-related content will not be allowed on any projects that are recorded. Each project must be radio edit material and commercial-ready.
6. Prices will be $50/HR, 2-Hour Minimum.
7. No more than 4 persons (including yourself) can attend a studio session. It is not a listening party or a hangout spot.
8. Your time is your time. If you choose to allow another individual to record during your session, that is still your time.
9. If you bring alcohol, please drink responsibly.
10. Please make sure your stems/instrumentals are sent before arrival, as they can be added to the project and will be ready for your session to begin.

The listed above is not out of malice or disrespect, it is to ensure a successful session and develop a rapport with the studio and individual/individuals.
