To allow the faculty union to communicate to various elements of the University community (students, parents, alumni, etc.) about matters related to working conditions; 2. To allow these groups within the University community to engage in dialogue with the faculty about these matters.

FAC and the University's bargaining team have reached a tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)! 🎉There are still some important steps to complete to make sure everyone has complete information before FAC members vote, but if all goes well, we expect to hold that vote in mid-February. In the meantime, we have paused Minimal Compliance so the faculty can begin Spring semester doing what we love: going above and beyond for our students and the University.
