Outreach Center for Community Resources

Susan M. Tully grew up in Olyphant, PA, just a few miles from our doors, before building a distinguished 30+ year career in economic development, helping workers and communities across Texas grow stronger.

At the end of her life, Susan received compassionate care from the staff at St. Mary's Villa Campus. Her sister, Ann Marie Tully, and Richard Rutkoski wanted to honor that care in a way that would bring Susan's legacy home to Northeastern Pennsylvania, so they established the Susan M. Tully Memorial Fund at Outreach together.

The fund will help adults in our community who are just one credential away from a healthcare career, covering GED testing fees, uniforms, supplies, and transportation for participants pursuing paths such as CNA and LPN training. It's a fitting tribute; a fund that will help create the next generation of caregivers just like the ones who cared for Susan.
