During that time, we make sure the puppy is active, friendly, eating well, and has no signs of health issues. We also administer all shots and wormings the puppy needs until the time they leave for their new home. Each of our puppies is covered under the 30-Day Pennsylvania Health Guarantee. Unlike our competitors, we also offer an additional 1-Year Health Guarantee (for a reasonable charge) with every puppy. Serious health problems are very seldom found in the first 30 days. We believe our customers should be protected as well as their puppy. That’s why if there is a valid claim, our customers get to keep their puppy and also receive another puppy of choice or 50% cash refund of original purchase price (ask for details). Randy Brill started in the pet business in 1970 with his first store Tropic Pet Center, Main Street, Wilkes-Barre. Over the years, his wife Sharon Brill has become a “jack of all trades” helping out wherever there is a need. Their son, Dave Brill, joined the family business fulltime 20 years ago, but he jokes that there isn’t a time he remembers not being involved with the family business.
