This afternoon we broke ground on Prairie Sky Villas, 11 new duplex structures bringing 22 workforce housing units to our community. 🚧

This project is funded through Trusted Community Development's Rural Workforce Housing Fund, through the Nebraska Department of Economic Development. 🏘️💰

Work like this doesn't happen without great partners like Integrity Developments LLC, Cinda Munoz and Randy Strom with the Buyer's Realty Team at Nebraska Realty, and the City of Gering. 🙌
