Another step in the process for embroidering hats. Hooping, this is super important, because if the hats aren’t hooped the same the placement of the logo won’t be the same. Our big machine is a 15 needle….X4. So there is 60 spools of thread on this baby. Today I needed to change 3 colors (x4=12)for a custom hat design.
It’s all worth it when the design sews out like butter!
