Schenectady CSD Lincoln Elementary completed 2019. PCC replaced some deteriorated architectural cast stone pieces with a new technology called GFRC (Glass fiber reinforced concrete). We are pleased to announce that Ron C***s has recently joined the PCC team as our Vice President of Risk Management and Human Capital. Ron comes to us with more than 35 years of business and leadership experience, most of which have been spent in the construction industry in one sector or another, with his past 18 years’ focused specifically on safety, industrial hygiene and human resources. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health Management, Certificates in Human Resources and Industrial Hygiene. He has also been an OSHA outreach trainer for the last decade and holds the designation of Occupational Health & Safety Technologist (OHST) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
