So tonight I’m cooking with fresh fava beans. I’ve never cooked with them before but when I saw them I knew I wanted them. Stay tuned to see what I come up with for dinner. If you’ve got any ideas please send them my way. .kind2

Being a vegan can be challenging and sometimes funny. At this restaurant I asked for the taco salad but hold the cheese and the beef which left me with lettuce, olives, tomato and Fritos (never checked to see if Fritos were vegan. Note to self-always carry a protein bar in your purse. 😂 .kind2

Today we celebrated the lives of Tucker, TJ and Jasper. These 3 dogs were a huge part of my adult life and I miss them so much. We had so many adventures together over the years and now they are resting at the site of our future home where our new pup Lucca will play amongst their spirits everyday. .kind2 .phl
