Big fig yeah moment for our founder, Ewan Riccio-Laing at Figary, who received a Highly Commended Recognition at the LEGO® Serious Play® Global Facilitator Awards 2026 in the category of Excellence in Strategy & Alignment.

The recognition came from a hospitality project designed to help leadership and frontline teams physically experience how inconsistency cascades through a service operation.

Because sometimes people need to build the problem before they can solve it.
