On October 17–18, we’re offering a 1½‑day Deep Dive Intensive specifically designed to help trauma survivors move beyond old patterns and find lasting change. Guided by skilled therapists, we’ll draw on trauma‑resolution approaches like Gestalt, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, EMDR, memory recollection and reconciliation, cognitive restructuring and mindfulness, psychoeducation, and narrative/art therapy techniques.
