It’s so easy to think that your goals and design for your business isn’t adequate when you see someone else’s goals are 10x “bigger” than yours.

I’ve come to realize my business goals are quiet different than a lot of other in the space and that’s okay, it doesn’t make me “less successful”. Successful is a subjective term and means someone different to everyone.

At the beginning of my journey, I would’ve told you that I wanted to reach 10k months, however that goal has shifted due to some deep soul searching and self- reflection.

I was chasing numbers because that’s what I thought measured my success.

However, I realize success for me meant something different right now.

Success for me is:

- being 100% in control of my schedule and hours
- close, genuine, and sustainable relationships with my clients
- being able to take a few weeks off because I want to
- having a sustainable client load so that my business can grow as my family does

Whatever success means for you, I urge you to take a look at what your dream life looks like a design your business around YOUR desires, not around what you think your desires should be💗

Here’s the ONE thing you need when trying to grow organically and authentically🪄✨

If you take one lesson out of this post let it be this: Intentional growth does NOT happen quickly.

I have a lot of inquiries asking for the same thing “I want to grow my audience so I can make more sales”

Okay, AWESOME but what you need to know is that it takes time, strategy, and a lot of patience/consistency.

Did you know that a lead needs to come in contact with your content 8-21 times before they are likely to invest with you?!

Now that does not mean you need to be in their DMs talking about your offer 8 times. Absolutely not. Please do not do this. 🥴

What it does mean is you need to connect with them 8-21 times in an authentic, relatable, bestie type of way! 🥰

Okay…. but what if you have an offer you are launching soon and you need/want to make sales?!

This is where you need to plan ahead and create a strategy so that your leads are READY to jump in when your offer launches and they are coming to YOU!🤩

The usage of stories in 2020 skyrocketed and continues to rise. In some cases, it has been reported that more users check their stories than their post feed.

Let me ask you, what’s getting the most reach nowadays??? Reels!

Video based content is IT right now.

Stories are a place to get comfy on camera, show your audience who you are, what you do, and what you bring to the table in an organic, low pressure, and authentic way.🙌🏼

TIP: Making your stories interactive will boosts interest and hold attention longer!
