We had a fantastic time at this year’s Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition (GAHC) Conference in Savannah! Cabretta President Brent Watts once again moderated the panel on equity updates in the Finance/Development track. He was joined by seven industry leaders who discussed equity updates and projections for 2026. We concluded the day with a cocktail reception and trade show, where we networked with colleagues and made new connections.

The GAHC conference welcomed over 700 attendees, including developers and owners of affordable housing, property managers, lenders, syndicators, staff from state and local housing agencies, real estate attorneys, and accountants. All were seeking ways to expand affordable housing throughout the state.

Cabretta Capital's Operations and Transactions Manager, Kelly Anderson, was honored to participate in Moore Beauston & Woodham LLC, Town Hall last Thursday. She shared valuable insights on leveraging state tax credits, as well as tips for avoiding common pitfalls as tax season is in full swing.

We also want to extend our congratulations on their well-deserved seventh consecutive Best of Accounting Award, along with the 2026 Client Satisfaction Award. It was a pleasure to be with you, and we can confirm that your team has truly earned all of these accolades!
