We re-leveled this home today and patched part of the underbelly in several locations. Mobile Homes need maintenance just like a car. With a little upkeep this home will last for many more years.

We added several peirs to this beautiful home, mainly under the brick fireplace that was unsupported at the sidewall. Over time that can make the wall and floor joist sag. We re-leveled the home and did some work to the front porch as well.
