5.44 non hd off a 2013 300hp inline 6 verado in for some love. New bearing and seals and some other goodies so it can go back into service.

The shop has been absolutely jamming lately. We have two 350-400hp Longblock assy, one dressed 400hp assy and two lowers heading to customers as far as Montana! Thank you all for the support we are working hard to get everyone’s orders done and delivered.

Here we have a 2020 mercury 90hp that we built a powerhead for. This little motor is going on my bully net boat we’re building. Hoping to have it ready in time for lobster season! This units oil pump relief valve stuck open and lost oil pressure. We sourced a new block and crank, remanned the head and assembled with a new oil pump.

This mercury verado charge air cooler was caught early. it’s good to service these cac assembly’s at 1000 hr intervals due to corrosion. This one was in for leaking caps and I can’t put it back together this corroded. It will fail soon. Time for a replacement.
