Weekly calls, real conversations about business, marriage, fatherhood, and health.

After taking some time off from the travel industry, I feel completely recharged and ready to dive back in, just like in the days at Magnum Tours for those who know me. There’s something magical about creating unforgettable experiences and watching people light up as they discover new places.

Tour operators, you are truly my kind of people. Your dedication and creativity in transforming ordinary trips into extraordinary experiences is nothing short of inspiring. But let's be real, it’s not all postcards and paradise. Like when you nail that perfect itinerary and then... crickets. The client ghosts. We’ve all been there, right?

Often, the issue isn’t the itinerary or the cost—it’s the speed of our responses. Clients need quick interactions and they want it now; waiting too long means losing them to someone else who replies faster.

I've been developing AI agents that talk and write just like humans, ready to jump into action any time—day or night—making sure you never miss an opportunity. Here's some of the tasks that these AI agents can do:

☑️ Handle both inbound and outbound calls
☑️ Transfer calls to your phone number when a human touch is needed
☑️ Respond to SMS, Facebook, and Instagram messages within seconds
☑️ Schedule consultation calls directly on your calendar
☑️ Provide leads with useful information about your services
☑️ Know everything there is to know about your business
☑️ And so much more.

In the next few days, I’ll be recording a demo to show how this AI infrastructure gets booking.

If you’re curious to see this in action, just comment ‘𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗢’ below, and I’ll make sure you get it first.

Everyone is talking about AI since ChatGPT changed the world a year ago.

But AI is not really that new. I found this chart that does a great job at showing its history.

In the next 12 months, we're looking at AI stepping in to handle 95% of customer interactions.

From customer service to sales, marketing, and even admin work, the implementation of AI in business is just going to happen whether you like it or not.

Why do I think this is true?

Efficiency and scale.

AI bots can manage countless conversations simultaneously, providing instant responses 24/7. Your customers don't want to wait for you, and with AI, they won’t have to.

Let's take sales for example.

An AI sales bot can completely talk to your customers via email, SMS, social and soon even on the phone with Voice. This bot never ever sleeps, eats, takes breaks, gets sick nor needs PTO. It's more patient than your best rep and somehow knows exactly what your customer is looking for.

Marketing.

ChatGPT, Gemini, and many other LLM can tailor marketing messages so specifically it's like they're reading your customers' minds. The result? Higher engagement rates, better lead conversion, and a marketing strategy that's always ten steps ahead.

Customer service.

AI chatbots can be trained once and can handle the bulk of inquiries, from tracking orders to answering FAQs. This frees up your human team to tackle more complex issues, improving overall customer satisfaction without expanding your payroll.

Admin work.
AI can automate scheduling, email management, and even some aspects of HR and finance. It's like having an extra set of hands on deck, only these hands can process tasks in milliseconds.

AI isn't just a tool anymore. It's about to become the backbone of every customer interactions. It's cost-effective, efficient, and offers a level of personalization and speed that traditional methods can't match.

Some business will do nothing about this and will be wiped out completely, especially the large companies which tend to be slower in general to adapt.

But if you're a small business, I really believe this is playing to your advantage.

If you're having trouble with "hiring the perfect candidate" maybe you could try look into this. It's never been easier and it keeps getting easier every day.

What are your thoughts? Do you agree or disagree?

Dear business owner, it's not your fault.

You're hustling 24/7, juggling a million things, dealing with customers, no-show appointments, hiring talent, managing your team's workload, optimizing your marketing strategies, keeping up with industry trends, navigating supply chain issues, and striving to improve your bottom line — all while trying to carve out a little time for innovation and strategic planning.

It's a relentless grind, but you're committed to pushing through, knowing that every challenge overcome is a step closer to your business's success and growth.

But missing out on AI? You can't afford that.

Are you leveraging AI to hyper-target your ads, or are you still posting a picture with some copy and hope for the best?

Have you got AI digging through data to show you exactly where your next big market opportunity lies?

Is your CRM on point that you can predict which leads are ready to close so you don't waste a second?

Are AI chatbots just fancy tool you heard about, or are they actively capturing and qualifying leads while you sleep?

Is AI streamlining your operations, or are you and your team still drowning in tasks that a well-trained bot could handle?

Are you using AI to deliver personalized support that turns customers into fans?

Is your lead generation and nurturing process a hit-and-miss, or is AI making every touchpoint count, turning cold leads into hot sales?

The right AI strategy can turn your business into a lead-generating, customer-winning machine.

We can expect to see?

✅ Memory Utilization: ChatGPT can remember user preferences and details, enhancing personalization and efficiency in interactions.

✅ User Control: Users have full control over ChatGPT’s memory, including disabling it, deleting specific memories, or clearing all memories through settings.

✅ Privacy and Customization: The feature includes options for temporary chats without memory and custom instructions for more tailored interactions.

✅ Enterprise and Team Use: Memory features support work efficiency by remembering user styles and preferences for professional tasks, with data privacy and control options.

✅ GPTs Memory: Individual GPTs will also have memory capabilities, improving personalized service based on user preferences, with separate memories for different GPTs.

This feature is controllable by users, allowing them to direct ChatGPT to remember or forget specifics, manage memory settings, or turn off the feature entirely.
