We provide windstorm insurance inspections otherwise known as wind mitigation inspections. Typically a wind mitigation inspection is an insurance inspection performed with the goal of obtaining discounts on your homeowner’s insurance. Our reports are issued the same day as your inspection and will be immediately applicable. If your home is older than 20 years, your insurance company may ask you to obtain a four point inspection. This inspection reviews the main for critical elements of the house: roofing system, HVAC system, plumbing system & electrical system.
