Did you have a Marketplace Health Insurance plan for any month during 2025?

If yes, watch your mail in January/February. You will receive a form 1095A that MUST be filed with your tax return for tax year 2025.

How to use Form 1095-A
If anyone in your household had a Marketplace plan last year, you should get Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace® Statement, by mail no later than mid-February. This form comes from the Marketplace, not the IRS. It may be available in your Marketplace account anytime from mid-January to February 1.

Notice:

You must have your Form 1095-A before you file. Keep your 1095-A forms with your important tax information, like W-2 forms and other records.

Don't file your taxes until you have an accurate 1095-A.
