ALERT: TAKE ACTION TODAY TO HELP WITH FUNDING WITHOUT IT COMING FROM YOUR POCKET: Please call OKLAHOMA HOUSE Members and ask them to support Rep. Jeff Coody's Amendment to SB888 do away with the Wind Refundable Tax Credit (do not allow House leadership to modify this amendment - they are attempting a 'soft cap' trick - to still pay out - that follows what the 50 wind lobbyists are pushing, NOT what is best for taxpayers - they must use Coody's Language - Oklahoma taxpayers are send out of state and out of country companies a literal check in the mail after ZEROING out their tax bill - millions - this can be applied to education etc to be funded WITHOUT raising Oklahoman's personal tax dollars. It's time to tell the House Leadership - CALL 405.521.2711 to Accept the Coody Amendment AS WRITTENl to SB888. IF anyone claims final action has already happened on the bill - that is NOT TRUE - the Senate Pro Temp (GREG TREAT) can waive Rule of Final Action).
