Tonight’s dinner 😋

Hi everyone! I hope you’re all doing well and having a great Sunday 😁 I was hoping to have a few classes this summer, but I don’t feel that is a safe option for a while longer. I will be sharing recipes and tips here like always and I am starting a new job this week at our new Macey’s grocery store here as a cake decorator, so stop and say hi if you come in to shop!
I finally made the Instant pot ramen noodles today...you guys this was SO good! I even drank the broth!! And guess what, no seasoning packets are used in this recipe! Carrots were what I had on hand, but next time I will try a few other veggies and the gooey egg! You have to give it a try! 😋

Good morning ☀️ Happy Sunday everyone! Sorry I haven’t been great at posting recipes this past week but it’s been an incredibly busy week that ended with a wedding! 💜 This morning I baked up one of our favorite breakfasts, sheet pan pancakes, or giant pancake as my kids call it. Just use 4 cups of your favorite pancake mix, 2 cups of milk and 4 eggs, bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes and brush with melted butter. I added blueberries to part of mine, but you can add your favorite berries or even chocolate chips before baking. Slice up what you don’t eat today and you can refrigerate or freeze it and have it anytime you want! Enjoy and stay well friends! 🥞💛
