A dear friend called me and asked me to help with his parent’s relocation, closer to their adult children. ❤️ I was so honored and touched that he trusted me and chose me to help! 🙏They had specific properties in mind and we needed to move fast. We were in a seller’s market with multiple offers on homes. I showed them the homes, within two hours of the call, and we wrote a couple of offers. One offer was accepted. 🎊After inspections, my clients started having doubts about this home we were in contract on. As an agent, my worst fear is my client buying a property that they hate or felt pressure to buy. 😭I told them if they didn’t feel good about this purchase, we could just back out. They were so relieved! About a month or so later, we found the perfect home for them. Client appreciation throwback! This transaction was a fun one. These clients were relocating to the area and wanted the insight into the neighborhoods and schools of Santa Rosa. Having had children in the public school system, I was able to help them find the perfect property for their growing family. They were such a joy to get to know and partner with. We were in the heat of a bidding war crazy market. We had some homes we were outbid on. Then this property came on the market and they knew it would be a perfect fit! I knew the seller from years ago, when we first moved to Santa Rosa. We made an offer, it was accepted, and we closed! Not only was I able to help this precious family get into their new home, I was able to help the sellers get where they needed to be. Full circle moment for sure! 🏡 🔑

This transaction in particular was a full circle moment. My client’s late father was my former mechanic. He would meet me wherever I was broken down at, and help me get the vehicle repaired. Literally was my guardian angel, especially when my husband would travel and I had no family nearby.
