Today, we pause to honor the strength, courage, and service of Women Veterans across the nation.

Nearly one in five U.S. Veterans is a woman—a number that continues to grow. Yet too often, their stories go unheard and their unique needs remain unmet.

At Nation's Finest, the voices, experiences, and feedback of Women Veterans play a vital role in helping to design and improve every program we offer.

By listening to and learning from women who served, we ensure our services reflect their strength, service, and lived experience.

Creating opportunities for our Veterans to stay active, connected, and engaged is an important part of life at Mather Veterans Village.

Twice each week, our team hosts a gym group where residents visit a local Planet Fitness. Our staff also assists residents with enrolling in the Silver Sneakers program (a free fitness and wellness program for adults 65+ that is included with many Medicare and Medigap plans) or signing up for a low cost traditional gym membership.

We are honored to help our Veterans feel empowered, build healthy routines, and to support one another in achieving their wellness goals.
