Porter Creek Ranch was developed by Nick and Brianna Wood during the later part of 2015. While the property has a long history, dated back to the early 1900's. The ranch has recently been renewed, renamed and reinvigorated! Follow our journey of organic farming, outdoor living, barn animal raising, cooking, crafting and family country living in beautiful Sonoma County.
