As women our relationships with our bodies have been influenced by the culture around us. This includes diet culture, the beauty industry fueled by the patriarchy.

Our bodies at times can feel as if they are not ours and we might feel judged or criticized simply for being in our own skin.

But the truth is our bodies are sacred and wise.

You are invited to join me for 6 circles, where we reconnect with our bodies through the use of expressive arts, community and ceremony, to return home to our bodies and love the skin we are in.

We begin in person, in Santa Rosa, on April 14th, and meet every other Tuesday evening until June 23rd.
These sessions will run from 5:30 pm-7pm.
$50 per session/$300 for all 6.

Last Winter I hosted a small group through the cold and dark months to feed our inner fires and nourish ourselves through the Winter season.

This year I am offering this group once more.

We will come together for 6 circles beginning at the start of Winter and ending just as Spring emerges.

This will be a small closed group to foster a sense of trust and connection. We will meet every other week for an hour and a half.

Together we will use expressive arts, embodiment practices, ceremony and community to support our journey through the darkness.
